We are interested in bidding the above reference project and would like to complete the prequalification, where can I download the application? Also, we are B & C20 Licensed Contractor, will there be a separate prequalification application for B and specialty license C20?

As long as you prequalify once, you don’t need to fill out additional applications as you will note all licenses you hold on that one application. But if any MEP subs are involved that hold the above licenses, they need to apply as well.
Addendum 1 states that bid packages are required to be submitted electronically with an electronic copy of the bid bond, but you are also required to submit the bid bond in hard copy as well by the bid due date. Please confirm this is accurate, and also please confirm if a bid bond is not received by the District by the bid due date, will this be grounds for disqualification?
Bid bonds are due, in hard copy, by the bid due date and time. Bid bonds are to be sent to 309 South K Street, Building
G, Oxnard, CA 93030, Attn: Deanna Rantz with the bid number and name on the outside of the envelope. Bid Packages are due electronically, including a copy of the Bid Bond, by the bid due date and time. A missing bid bond renders the bid unresponsive as it is a required document.
