I am curious, is this RFQ to be prepared with regular rates, prevailing wage, or both?

Any “project” above $1,000 requires prevailing wage rates and I doubt any of our project will be smaller than that so I suggest using prevailing wage rates on the proposal.

We have $1,000,000 in insurance per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. We also have $5,000,000 umbrella that can be applied. Is this insurance acceptable?
