Estimated construction value of the CIHS Tennis Courts is $2,500,000.

I’m looking forward to receive any update on the Pre-Bid meeting of Tennis Courts Replacement at Channel Islands High School, which is scheduled for April 20th, 2020, at 9:00am. Is it on? Is there any remote job-walk option?

The Job Walk and Site Visit is still scheduled at the school site location and physical distancing protocols will be in place. Attendees are to bring their own pen for signing in and will keep 6+ feet of distance between other attendees. This will be an outdoor job walk and attendees will not be in close quarters.

I downloaded the plans from your website, but they look like the same plans for the Playfield Stadium Renovations project – Bid 616. Can you please take a look and let me know if new plans will be uploaded?

Yes, the documents are exactly the same. Please review Addendum 0 to understand what work is EXCLUDED from your bid and this contract.

We see that Addendum #3 for Bid 619, the Channel Island Tennis Courts, requests electronic submission, but hard copy turn-in of the bid bond. Will the purchasing address, 309 S. K Street, be open for Fed Ex deliveries between 8AM and 4:30PM, or would it be best to call ahead and have a staff member drop off the bid bond? The main District office appears not to be available for deliveries.

Our warehouse is open daily, Monday – Friday. FedEx is aware of where the delivery point is at the district office.
